This is a really good Papa John’s location. Everyone working is super nice and I’m happy to have a great pizza spot in my town.

Don't get me wrong... I like Papa John's pizza,but I witnessed the employees making pizza without gloves and not properly washing their hands in between pie making. Shouldn't the two be done while making pizza to ensure cleanlines? But that is just my opinion.

Monique was awesome!! she verified the delivery address before I placed my order that was going to my son, we live 3 hour's apart credit card over the phone was a win. Times are tough and Papa Johns came through.

I ordered an XL pizza half pepperoni and half supreme. The pizza was a horrible Mess. Burnt pepperoni, gas bubbles, and they cut it so that two of the slices were half of each toppings. This is the second time this has happened I will NOT order from this location again!

The delivery driver Marcus called me a stupid b**** and threatened me last night when he could not follow directions to gain access to our gated community. I walked to the gate to retrieve my pizza in the dark and he was combative immediately. No man should ever ever talk to a woman in this manner. The manager when I called the store named Ryan was rude and asked what he was supposed to do about it! I had to ask several times for the GM name and Ryan only knew his first name. I have contacted corporate, but this location is obviously out of control.

The crust was like rubber. Could not chew. Just ate thr topping. Very disappointed and will not buy again.
Great service I order twice a week and if I make a mistake or a coupon doesn't work they fix right away.

Pizza is okay. I've tried to order multiple times for delivery over the last 5 months. Every time I place an order I have to call and cancel because the delivery time estimate is 2 hours. I mean it's fine to go pick up, but I won't wait 2 hours for delivery, that's insane. Apparently they can't correct this issue.

I love Papa Johns Pizza (Hawaiian is my favorite but I like supreme too). Even though I am Vegan. Not due to allergies, but because I am working towards healthier choices. So what I do is. I give myself food allowances. Specially when I am working on projects. If I have to work on my cars (brakes, oil, etc), and I think it may take a long time (the repair or maintenance) I buy a big Papa John's pizza. Because it is pretty handy. I like them hot and cold. So I grab slices as the work day progresses. That way, I eat enough but not too much. I haven't had any problems with this particular place in Shallotte. I recommend it.

I really like the consistency of my orders. Not once in a few weeks have the screwed up my order. I always know when I order there I'm going to get what I asked for and the people that make my order are always super friendly. I really enjoy the taste, service& satisfaction
