I go to Starbucks almost every day for DoorDash and they have these two young ladies called Bunni and Whitney That make sure you get your food on time they’re the goats. They’re really nice and polite and well manner.

The only Starbucks I’ve gone to where the employees act like the coffee ingredients come out of their pay check. 75% of the time expect a half assed coffee. If im paying extra to add something to my coffee, what is the big issue in adding what I’ve paid for. There’s no reason why the same exact coffee that I order everyday should taste totally different every single time. Yet I go to another location and it’s always exact same. Do better or shut it down!

Friendly service, but lately the drinks aren't made correctlyand the wait time is 20min and up. Three times in a row, I've ordered an iced shaken espresso, and been given what looks like a machiato (distinct separation between the milk and the coffee portion so its clearly not shaken). When I've mixed it up myself, the drink is extremely pale and obviously does not have the required 3 shots of espresso that typically comes in a venti and how I ordered it on the app. It tastes like milk with syrup added. I will be going to 7 Brew or the other local coffee shops now so I'm not wasting my 8 bucks.
Sometimes I have to wait a little bit longer than usual but the staff is great.
