Currently been sitting in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes and can’t get out of the line because of the way the drive thru is set up. I’m definitely going to be late for work now, even though when I got in line I should have been early for work. I like the coffee here but it’s not worth being late for work…also I did a mobile order and there’s no way to cancel it unless you call.

I’m a regular at this Starbucks when I’m in visiting family and, this is the 1st Starbucks that I’ve been too many of times that wouldn’t make a cinnamon dolce frappe highly disappointed that I had to drive all the way to Sunset to get what I always get. All he could say was that he was doing his job highly highly disappointed

I stop here a couple of times a week on the way to work. Drive thru has never been a problem, until the past month. Now I can only stop if I’m ok with being late for work. Right now I’m sitting in the drive thru it has been 14 minutes still 3 cars in front of me. I figured I would try one more time. Last time was 26 minutes. I really hope 7 brew is as good as everyone says. Because I guess I’ll be going there next week when they open. Starbucks do better!!!

I think it’s really not the greatest idea to package a hot sandwich with a cold drink for doordash my food was very cold and bread was almost rock solid I think yall need to keep doordash orders put up in a warmer or something it was very cold.
