I think it’s really not the greatest idea to package a hot sandwich with a cold drink for doordash my food was very cold and bread was almost rock solid I think yall need to keep doordash orders put up in a warmer or something it was very cold.

The drive thru at this store is absolutely horrendous. The traffic is terrible. Honestly the entire layout of the property is so incredibly stupid I almost can’t fully blame Starbucks for the atrocity that is their drive thru situation.

I ordered a venti sized tea for delivery. When I received this order the eventi cup, which I paid full price for, it was only slightly over HALF filled. I've never seen anything like that in my life! Completely in awe of the stupidity. Maybe they should hire better workers thaT actually KNOW how fill a cup up. And no... there was no remnants of foam that had melted or anything like that. They just did not fill the cup.

Asked for a really sweet iced coffee and put anything in it to make it really sweet and they gave me a coffee with nothing in it and I heard her tell her it needed be rung up as what the girl wanted to make it for them tomake it that way. So she actively did not care the drink wasn't what it was supposed to be and gave it to me :/ maybe don't say all that with window open . I just wanted a coffee it may not seem like a big deal to the lady working there but I live far and coming into town get coffee was supposed cheer me up.

I think you need to fire and rehire everybody that works there cause apparently nobody can read every time I order DoorDash. They always give me mocha drizzle instead of caramel drizzle when it clearly says caramel drizzle.

The staff here is excellent and helpful. Great crew. The place is spotless and coffee is coming out so much faster than in the past. I always have the coffee inside , and there is a noticeable time difference in the cleanliness and wait time. So much better!!!
