Your Little Rd location in Arlington, TX is great. Will be a regular, as I’m in the area at least 3 days a week. Would’ve been a regular in Mansfield as that’s where I live, but, they seemed to not want to be bothered. No greeting when I walked in. The young lady went to make another smoothie, but didn’t say anything to me, and there was no one else in the store. The guy in the cowboy hat was within my view, I’m pretty sure he saw me standing there waiting too, but he continued his conversation with someone in the back.

Did bring out food and was not friendly costumer service sucked worst place to go

Ordered online a smoothie and a side of sweet potatoes at 2:31 got there at 2:41 waited in line for 30 mins! -Marion , IA location

I'm glad there is a TSC here in Defiance, Ohio!! I just want you to know that the smoothie I got last Sunday had BIG chunks of food in the bottom. I would appreciate it if your employees would make sure they are blending them well enough.

Just wanted to compliment the customer service from the girl working the drive thru during my visit the other day. I didn't catch her name, but she was such a sweetheart.

So to whoever the girl was working drive thru 5/23 around 4:30pm ish...thank you!

Also, the new Ohana Breeze smoothie was pretty good! I like that it's lower cal than other options.

Their wraps and their smoothies are so fresh. They are delicious. I definitely recommend.

I have ordered twice from the Shallotte Tropical Smoothie. I won't order again. Two times the left the chicken of the salad, didn't add the dressing I paid for and the Smoothie was more like flavored water. I ordered through Uber eats and they delivered quickly once the order was finally prepared. You can't reach anyone at the restaurant and their corporate office doesn't respond to complaints. I used to love the food there but I won't be going back.

My husband and I ordered a smoothie and acai bowl this evening. My smoothie was watered down and had no flavor. I was really looking forward to a great smoothie, but this isn't the place to get that!

A fast and casual place where you can get a delicious smoothie and a good bite to eat without any hassle or waiting in a long line. Fresh to order food you cant beat it….. prepped ingredients fresh every day😀

We LOVE this place! The food is fresh and delicious and the customer service is top notch!! It’s also super affordable!

My boyfriend ordered 1 açaí bowl and 1 smoothie bowl. He specifically told the lady who was taking his order that he has a strawberry allergy and to take the strawberries out the Açaí bowl and to take them out of the smoothie bowl. The lady did not tell him that the bahama mama smoothie bowl base is made with strawberries. I am the one with the allergy, I should have checked the bowl before hand but I didn’t and I ended up having an allergic reaction. I am not the type of person to complain or leave reviews but I could have died if I didn’t have an epipen. If you know someone is allergic, you should let them know when their allergy is in their food.

This store is the worst.
I've been there 3 times and its the same story. There is no teamwork whatsoever and its total confusion among the staff.. here is a clue to the owner or whoever plans on responding to this review. DO NOT tell me how sorry you are to hear my experience. DO SOMETHING about your store!!!
