Friendly, restaurant appearance seemed very clean. Food was however not. Ordered a Thai- Chicken Wrap and smoothie Only to find what appeared to be black rotted cilantro along with very wilted Romaine lettuce. I had already taken a few bites saying something is not right. This doesn’t taste right. I then opened up the rest of the wrap to find the disgusting bad cilantro and to my surprise very little chicken. What in the world is going on? Have these employees not been trained or just don’t care what they do to people’s food? I literally got sick.
I was dining in . I was not rude but informative to the young lady that made it . I showed it to her and her know it was bad cilantro and lettuce. Lost my appetite for the day.

Ordered a pickup order to pick up yesterday morninfin Uniontown, PA and no one was there when I got there. Doors were locked, lights were on but no one came to the door or drive thru. Their hours were marked as open online and it took my money, I have sent two messages on their online feedback and no one has responded.

If you looking healthy, fresh go meals, you should stop this place. Staffs are very nice and Kind especially Bailey & DeAsia.

showed up to pick up a doordash order at the duroo Avenue in Mobile Alabama the door was locked while 6 to 8 people were sitting there dancing along with the employees the line of cars was around the building and the line outside was about 10 people

Do not go to the Patchogue location if you can help it. I had an issue where I needed a refund. The shift manager could not issue a refund and said the manager would call me. Well, it’s been 4 days and no call. I have called there 3 times so far and each time the workers take my name & number and say she will call and I don’t hear back. Also, they won’t answer the phone if the shift manager is on break because the rest of the staff that work there only speak Spanish and can’t take an order.

Your Little Rd location in Arlington, TX is great. Will be a regular, as I’m in the area at least 3 days a week. Would’ve been a regular in Mansfield as that’s where I live, but, they seemed to not want to be bothered. No greeting when I walked in. The young lady went to make another smoothie, but didn’t say anything to me, and there was no one else in the store. The guy in the cowboy hat was within my view, I’m pretty sure he saw me standing there waiting too, but he continued his conversation with someone in the back.

Did bring out food and was not friendly costumer service sucked worst place to go

Ordered online a smoothie and a side of sweet potatoes at 2:31 got there at 2:41 waited in line for 30 mins! -Marion , IA location

I'm glad there is a TSC here in Defiance, Ohio!! I just want you to know that the smoothie I got last Sunday had BIG chunks of food in the bottom. I would appreciate it if your employees would make sure they are blending them well enough.

Good experience, and great product

Just wanted to compliment the customer service from the girl working the drive thru during my visit the other day. I didn't catch her name, but she was such a sweetheart.

So to whoever the girl was working drive thru 5/23 around 4:30pm ish...thank you!

Also, the new Ohana Breeze smoothie was pretty good! I like that it's lower cal than other options.
