“Visited your location in Rocky Mount last night and was so pleasantly impressed by the entire staff! We were greeted with kindness and treated so well the entire time we were there. I made sure the staff knew how wonderful they were before we left but I thought they needed an additional shoutout online too. As a bonus, our food was wonderful too! Keep up the good work!“

“The lady at register was not a people person an seem to have a attitude because I asked her a question. She was not very friendly at all. I still told her thank u an was just asking question to know something. She still had attitude. she doesn't need be at a counter. The young man who wiped my table off was extremely nice an asked if I needed anything an told me thank you have a nice lunch. He should be at the counter. My 14 old grandson was with me when we sat down he said Nana she has bad attitude about me asking question. The hamburger bun on top was hot but the bottom part was cold. It had not been warmed at all.The fries were great. Cheese burger was good except the cold bun at the bottom . But I wasn't bout go back an tell her with her attitude. I had heard so much how good Culver's was from my son an His family who go some. I am Very dissapointed with the service today an part of food. Hopefully they improve service at counter. I don't usually say lot about service are food unless it isn't good . I may Try it again an see if next time is better. Maybe lady had bad hair day lol .“

“We stopped in at the taco bell on Benvenue in Rocky Mount, NC. The place was clean and Angeles good. The food speed, quality and appearance was fabulous. We travel from coast to coast and this was one of the best ones! Order was shiatsu and hot. Good customer service, too! It was so good,
we placed ato-go order for my son at home. Super impressed!“

“The food is good however the toast was cold. We waited almost fifteen minutes to receive our eat-in order. There were three orders ahead of us in line so I don't think they were really that busy unless there was a line at the drive-thru. There was only one register open. Somehow I think drive-thru customers are prioritized as the meter is running on how long a customer sits at the window and they receive a ding from corporate if they exceed the allotted time. The staff is always very polite and friendly.“

“The Nash St. Bell in Wilson kicks meister. They're fast, cordial, efficient & their customer service is second to none. It's also nice that your food doesn't look like abstract primate finger painting when you open it. It looks like what you see on the menu.“

“I always get the fries from here but they’re so mid but like they’re fries and i want fries with my fast food. I asked for cajun fries but they gave me normal ones. No biggie. It’s cookout. It fills you up for cheap and you get unlimited refills. The cajun chicken is so underrated“

“Genuinely one of the better Taco Bells I’ve visited. I live up in Raleigh and always stop here on the way back from visiting family because it’s so much better. Service is always nice, has called me by name the last few times I mobile ordered. I am also allergic to dairy, and they’ve always been great about making sure my stuff is fresco style. Not a single bad experience here!

“Was on a field trip and we stopped for breakfast, the chaperones let me walk to the Arby's as long as I was back by ten, and I didn't realize it opened at ten.
I'm sure everyone was cool and stuff tho lol, worm regards.“

“I think this place is fine as long as you have your order together and there's nothing weird with it.
The young woman who took my order was not very well trained because she had to keep asking someone else how to do things: how to check balance on a gift card, and how to back out of the order so I can add another item. Each time it cost a few minutes with her needing to leave to go find the person who had the knowledge.
And then apparently with their system even the supervisor said that the only way to cancel out of the order to add something new was to keep tapping a certain place on the screen until it went away or cleared up or something. They tapped it about 60 times and it still wasn't enough, so I just told them never mind I'm not going to add that item. The line was building up behind me and I didn't want to frustrate anybody.
Also be careful because I had a scannable coupon from the dairy Queen app, and at first it wasn't affected on my ticket. So if I didn't recheck things, I would have been ripped off.
Also I ordered a blizzard full price, but when I checked the amount of the order I know it was double what it needed to be and I looked down and she had put blizzard in twice. When I asked her why that was there she was very nice and apologized and took it off, but she said that the system keeps doing that. So it really looks like their computer system needs a serious overhaul, because it has trouble doing simple things.
One guy had to come in and request his food and the lady who was wearing the drive-thru headset wasn't really all that nice about it. But everyone else, like my cashier, had good attitudes, which is nice considering their problematic system.
It seems to be a newer building and so a lot of the things looked in good shape. When it was time for me to leave a couple of ice cream drips on my table and so I went to get a napkin from the one dispenser in the common area. It was empty, and given all the headaches I had had at this particular visit, I just left, instead of asking for some napkins from the staff.
The blizzard and the dipped cone however were excellent and up to the good quality of the regular dairy Queen standards.“

“I visited this Hardee's on February 15th at 5 am. When I entered I was greeted by the manager. Jamila promptly took my order and thank me for coming. Senetra prepared my Bacon Egg and Cheese masterfully. They looked like the biscuits Hardee's advertise on TV. Normally it's hard to find the bacon or egg on there. Senetra and Jamila are wonderful employees and a great asset to Hardee's“

“Was passing through from out of town and the staff showed alot of hospitality, the food was made to order the manager was very friendly with a great personality and the girl working the drive-thru was friendly with a lovely accent

“The Louisburg, NC location should be closed immediately! Maybe their app goes through corporate and the physical location doesn't have any control over it but there is ALWAYS a problem when dealing with this location! Here's the latest episode - I ordered $41" worth" of food for my wife to pick up after work last night. When I tried the submit the order, it said that something went wrong and to try again so I did, 3 more times. It never went through except to my bank account! 4 TIMES!!! They took $160 out of my account and we still didn't get the food!!! Now I'm still waiting for them to refund my money smh! My pregnant wife went by there last night to talk to the "manager" but they were totally helpless! We were forced to eat frozen mozzarella sticks and frozen jalapeño poppers for supper, seeing as zaxby's basically robbed me. I WILL NEVER EAT ZAXBYS AGAIN!!!!!!!“

“I've been visiting this Hardee's over two and a half years and always had great service my order is most of the time correct I enjoy the food that I get from Hardee's it's very tasty of course there is a downfall and that is rising cost but praying one day it'll go back down. Thank Youcindy“

“The drive thru associates make you feel rushed and are not friendly. Most if the time the food is ok but I've had to have fries re made because they were not fresh and the new cinnamon and raisin they brought back is a mini biscuit. When they were here before they were bigger. Now 2 equals ine and they cost more“

“Employees have been kind and courteous in our experiences thus far, since we heard about the fried chicken a couple of years ago, and this is what we go there for. From the reviews, it seems like they don't cook enough chicken for the dinner rush, cause they run out too soon. I don't run restaurants, but maybe cook a little more? I remember being there around 6:30 or 7:00, and I got the last of the chicken. That's a little early to run out, some eat dinner a little later. On that note, the chicken is great, keep doing what you're doing.“
