Great eye contact and prompt service from Pam, always on point. Kelly who delivered my breakfast sandwich, was pleasant and genuine. Atmosphere was inviting as usual.
Problem was with the sandwich: muffin w/egg white and cheese.
- Muffin was barely toasted and chewy. Not even “lukewarm.”
- Slice of American cheese seemed to be thrown on the sandwich from nearby Kings Mountain… landed with half hanging off muffin & barely...

Stopped here on our way to the mountains. At 11:15 am, drive thru was backed up, only a few available parking spots. Parked to let the dog out, ordered on the app, and had to wait 13 minutes inside for our food. Lots of people were waiting inside and no clear defined flow in getting food prepared and bagged. Will not stop at this location again.
