Great food. Great service too. We had breakfast here, and it was delicious. All of the food was good, but if you like sausage gravy, this is the place to get it. It takes like grandma's home cooking. They put plenty of sausage in their gravy, and it looks and tastes like it has been simmered for a while. Yummy!

My husband and I went to this location for dinner on a Saturday night. We were seated immediately and then sat at the table for 10 minutes without anyone coming over to us. Another couple came in, got seated, and the waitress came out to them immediately. How is it one table can get service and a table that has been sitting there for 10 minutes can’t. We ended up getting up and walking out to go find another place to eat after the terrible service that we didn’t get. Who knows if service is that bad there’s no telling how the food would have been….

The waitress was horrible,she was not friendly and the food was not good, my husband ordered sausage gravy and biscuit and he got brown gravy was nasty! We like to try them sometimes, but I think we are done. Love their banana bread tho

The culinary experience was exceptional, with the food and waitstaff providing outstanding service. Unfortunately, the hostess’s demeanor was highly unprofessional and exhibited a clear lack of enthusiasm for her role. A single negative attitude can have a detrimental impact on the overall dining experience.

We dined in. There was several tables of diners. We were seated, then ignored. It was as if no one was assigned to our table. Finally after 15 minutes (1:30pm) I went to where a girl was rolling silverware and asked if we had a waitress and who is she-we have been here for 15 minutes and no one has even spoken to us, we have no water, etc. The woman looked at us and said where ARE you?? She had seated us to begin with. Somebody hollered our table number, then a waitress said I’ll grab it.
She immediately came to our table, we gave her our complete order (veggie omelet, coffee, ice water, 2 eggs scrambled with cheese, half order biscuits/gravy). Everyone had basically eaten and left by then, and one couple had come in. The restaurant was virtually empty.
TWENTY MINUTES LATER! We still don’t have our food (IT WAS EGGS!) and we went to pay for the coffee and leave, and they said wait the food is up now-we will take some off your bill.
We ate in 5 minutes, took the extra biscuit and gravy (I had only ordered a half order, not a full order—-and they DID charge for a full order!) and we left.
We have no complaints about food quality, but there was no reason to be ignored, there was absolutely no reason for our food to take 20 minutes….. it was a very frustrating meal here today.
I left a 10 cash tip simply because that is what we typically do.
Had the steak omelet. The eggs I think come out of a carton, and have no flavor. The steak was disgusting.
Wife had a fried chicken sandwich. It was ok, nothing special.
The service was crap. Warched a couple sit down right before us, get their food, and had finished their food before we got ours.
It was cold as hell when you walk in too but that's me being nit picky.
I will never go to a Bob Evans. Much better dinner options out there and Ihop has better breakfast.

Where do I begin. 1st clue - lot was a bit empty for breakfast. I think the cook couldn't read the waitresses ticket - they kept getting our orders wrong and adding salsa to everything. Biscuits were cold and old. All of our food came cold. Coffee was weak. Home fries were undercooked. Sausage patties we're off. The waitresses were nice, though, although they all seemed very tired and hurting, literally.
