My food wasn’t that great, but that’s only because of what I ordered. The restaurant was kind of noisy but other than that, our experience was OUTSTANDING!!! The service was top notch!!

Inspite of the crowd at the restaurant our waiter was excellent.

I don't like to give bad reviews on any business because maybe it just was a bad day or short staffed. But the food was that good that day especially the biscuit gravy and the grits. It took forever for my order to be taken and just as long for the food to come out.

Our server James was great! He was fast, attentive, and personable. Food was good as well, and came out very quickly. We will be back!

Wife ordered 3/4 breaded fried chicken. After the breading was removed the pieces weren’t much bigger than a hen. Apples weren’t the same flavor seemed to be missing the cinnamon and didn’t come covered in sauce. I had the grilled lemon pepper trout, which was ok, green beans were bland (not the country of old). Ordered a bottled beer, it came out in a glass and was warm. Will not return!

I love Cracker Barrel! Their food is always delicious as was our meal on Thursday night. We went there to celebrate my husband's birthday. Please don't change your signage or your store decorations. People love your restaurant as it is. If you make the changes that I have been reading about, you will lose your special identity, and you will lose your loyal customers.

Server was outstanding but the new menu is awful and the new design feels like a city restaurant. Won’t be back.

Bring back the turkey sausage! The only non-pork option is impossible sausage and you're charged 99 cents a patty without the wait staff mentioning that. Plus, I told my waiter that I don't eat pork and he brings out my eggs with a side of one impossible patty and a regular sausage patty along with a strip of bacon laying on my eggs. He didn't even offer to remake the eggs and he brought out another plate with two impossible patties and I was charged for 3. Also, I asked to substitute the meat with the kids menu for fruit because my daughter doesn't eat pork and doesn't like the impossible patties (bring back the tourney sausage!) and I was charged a fruit side. I paid $5 something for 3 small pancakes and no meat, plus almost $4 for a small side of fruit, PLUS her orange juice wasn't included. Over $10 for a child meal. Our bill was over $50 for 2 adults and one child for 3 plates of bland disappointment. We went to First Watch today for breakfast and it was $35 for two adults and the food was amazing. My husband said he would gladly pay $50 for that food over Cracker Barrel. So disappointing Cracker Barrel.

Just had a great birthday dinner at the Smithfield Cracker Barrel. Our waitress was so friendly and the food was amazing. Can't wait to go back again.
