Brisket was dry and tough as shoe leather. Stong pot-roast flavor and bark was much like beef jerky both in flavor and texture. Sauce was good but in no way good enough to make up for the sub standard meat. 0/10 would not reccomend.
Stopped in yesterday for the first time and was bummed they were out of wings. So I went with the brisket quesadilla and pulled pork platter with mac n cheese and baked beans. The food was awesome! I definitely will be back! Selma has a great BBQ spot right downtown. A++++
The best BBQ, potato salad, Mac and cheese and baked spaghetti on Fridays! Friendly staff, huge portions, and great prices! You will not be disappointed!
