The new date night ice cream is my favorite. Reminds me of a caramello bar.
Took order in a timely manner and provided good ice cream
me and my family went in as a party of seven for my little sisters birthday. i wish i knew the girls name who helped us, but she had the friendliest demeanor, was so patient and kind. she was knowledgeable when i was unsure of what to get, and promptly told me the popular flavors. i hope her manager sees this and she is recognized for her hard work!

Baskin-Robbins, a combined ice cream shop and Dunkin' Donuts, has its share of issues. The air conditioner is often broken, making the store unbearably hot. The customer service can be inconsistent, with some staff members being rude and condescending. However, the store is generally clean and well-stocked with food and coffee. Be aware that the hours may not be as advertised, as the door may be locked despite the "open" sign being lit. The drive-through is usually available, but staff may not be enthusiastic about it. Despite these problems, Baskin-Robbins remains a convenient spot to grab a quick snack or dessert.
