Restaurant is fine, but I did a curbside order. After waiting 15 minutes and the order wasn't brought out, I went inside. I saw my order on the counter, but had to approach the staff about it being ready. They did finally hand it to me once I mentioned it. Poor service, unfortunately. Decent food.

This is definitely our preferred Bojangles for drive thru or in store 10/10 but I wouldn’t order pickup again. The first time I did they didn’t see the order and I let that go bc they were very nice about it, the second time I don’t think they noticed that the order was for a later time and maybe went ahead and threw some of the food in the bag an hour early. The fries were soggy (7 min in the air fryer at home almost fixed it but not really) and the bag they were in fell...

Currently at this location. Lots of customers are waiting both inside and out in the drive-through. Not much effort seems to be being made by the stay. A lot of standing, walking about, but very little work appears to be going on to serve the customers. Serious lack of leadership and effort. 😞
