We come to the Hickory area once a year for a food show and this is our second time visiting the Conover location and it's absolutely delicious!
I was so impressed on the first visit that I called the restaurant to let them know that it is the best Americanized Chinese food I've ever had.
Everything is obviously fresh and perfectly prepared.
At this point, I firmly believe that the only thing in the restaurant that's not scratch made are the fortune cookies.

We order from here about once a week. I would legitimately eat here every day if I could. great prices and portions. They're friendly and the food is delicious every single time.
The food is affordable, the portions are really good, and the staff are always nice and friendly. I’ve been coming here since they first opened, and the owners have always been so kind, generous, and honest. I’m happy to keep supporting this local business. Definitely recommend checking them out!

Rice Fun is a must-try restaurant with ample parking and kid-friendly, wheelchair-accessible facilities. Customers enjoy generous portions at a reasonable price, with favorites like egg rolls, sesame chicken, and chicken teriyaki skewers. While some found the fried rice bland, others loved the variety of dishes like Szechuan delight and house fried rice. Many customers have praised the freshness and quality of the food, noting that everything is perfectly prepared, with the exception of the fortune cookies. The staff are very nice, and the outdoor seating makes this spot perfect for a delicious Chinese meal in Statesville. With shareable portion sizes and the ability to customize dishes, Rice Fun has quickly become a favorite for many visitors.
