Sauce and cheese ratio was perfect and the crust was crispy. They got it right. Absolutely will be ordering again. And receptionist was very friendly. “Great food. Always is. Only issue is the service at times. Some days it's great others it's horrible. They let their young children run the front and take orders over the phone and they don't always get it right. Just make sure you double check your order just in case”

There seems to be this stigma now days that coffee shops and bakeries cannot support one another but that isn’t the case! The owner Katie is such a sweet woman, and works so hard to provide the best of the best! We highly recommend Blue Vnilla time & time again! “Tastes like Papa Johns. Rarely have an issue with the pizza. However, they tend to forget Added on sauces when delivering. If not for that, they would get 5 stars. Employees are polite. We have a family of 5, including teenagers, so we order a lot of food.”

Mostly because its my primary source of caffeine and their tasty beverages keep me from absolutely crashing out. Whether its coffee or matcha, there isnt a bad drink on the menu. Plus, the staff are always so sweet and do such a good job of being personable while keeping things moving.”

“Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because of Alana. I came here the other day and one of the gentleman working was rude with a smart mouth. I ordered via the app and went inside to pick up the cookies. Was told they were out and I simply asked why did it let me order on the app. Instead of being nice, he just kept saying smart stuff so I asked for a refund bc he told me it would be a hour until they made more. In order to get a refund he had to call the store manager so I stepped off to the side while he called. Came back and said the manager would call me when it’s done so I asked should I wait then. In a snarky tone He was like if you want but it will be 30 minutes bc he is running a business. With that and all the other smart stuff he was saying, I went off bc you’re not about to keep speaking to me any type of way when I’ve been nothing but nice. He finally went to the back and got someone with sense to come speak to me. Alana was very apologetic and got me right. The gentleman should have been apologizing as well. He needs more training on customer service and I can only imagine how many other people he’s smart with. That was my first time coming to this location as I just moved to the area and I won’t be back.”

“Fantastic cheese curds…a must have! I had the Italian beef sandwich “baptized”. I’m from Chicago and know what the sandwich is supposed to taste like. They really delivered on it. Taste, texture, and condiments were very similar to what I would expect in Chicago. Well done! The only feedback is that the bathrooms needed attention.”
