Subs Up To-Go is a sub shop on Topsail Island, owned by the owners of Santorini Greek & Italian Bistro. The food is high quality and amazing, and the shop is located right near the beach, next to the Surf City pier and a short walk from the beach access. The menu includes subs such as the Caprese Roll, The Sea-Sir, the Sunburn, the Cutlet alla Vodka Sub, a “whole” gluten free #7, the vodka chicken cutlet sub, the sea-sir sub, a traditional Italian, the General Tso’s sub, and “surfer style.” The chicken cutlets are cooked perfectly, the meat is thickly sliced, and the toppings are plentiful. The gluten free bread is amazing, delicious, and crave worthy. Service is fast, excellent, and great. One order had missing items, but the shop made it right. Ordering is outdoor at a window, and there is no covered area for customers to wait. It is a must stop when on Topsail Island.
