“** Customer Service Announcement** Thank you Domino’s Pizza in Swansboro, NC for being Amazing at correcting your mistake!! I ordered Domino’s Delivery for dinner tonight and had to wait 56 minutes (Pizza places were BUSY tonight) for our pizza, salads, and breadsticks to arrive. It never showed although the app said it had been delivered. I called the restaurant and they were awesome 🤩 They not only resent my order within 20 minutes, but they fully refunded my $$$ and gave me a free pizza for my next visit!! Other restaurants can take notes 📝 📝📝 It’s not the fact that you can’t mess up, but you own your mistake and you make it right with the customer to put them in a better place😊😊😊“

“We were traveling and stopped in for lunch. 4 adults and an 18 month old. The staff offered to cut up our toddlers pizza for us. I will always stop in when traveling to support a business that goes the extra mile to make a customers visit 5 star.“

“We ordered a big box meal with a side of cheesy bread and boneless wings. Asked for marinara and they forgot it, so we called. They were going to send it. It didn’t show up. So the next day I called and Cynthia made it right. Had to do a little tweaking of our new order since we didn’t have as many people tonight but she made it right!!!’ Definitely a 5⭐️ spot.

“Their pizza tracker and "ready time" is a joke--if you read the "fine print" it even says it is for entertainment purposes. You will be waiting if it's busy. I waited 20 minutes after it said ready, and by then they were telling people on the phone that orders would be a 90 min wait.“

“I love their Calzones! They always make them just right and they are delicious! Their sauce is the best I have had, it doesn't give me any heartburn, like all the other places do.
Chuck did an awesome job with my Calzones that I ordered today. They were perfect! His customer service was excellent as well!

“Best pizza on the island. All pizzas are made to order which makes it the best. I have been when it's super busy and slow. Never waited more than 30 minutes. I saw a review that said they were too busy to get an order in. Dude why do you think that is....because it's the best on the island and made to order?“

“Delicious Greek salad and Greek pizza! We carried it a few doors down to the Velvet Anchor Bottle shop to eat and had a wonderful time.“

“My mom works here and let me tell you the lineup for food during the day has never been so good there's more than just pizza there's biscuits in the morning sausage and egg and cheese . Then for the rest of the day there's burgers, chicken sandwiches, and much more but it depends on the day I highly recommend stopping here for a snack during lunch break at work“
