2nd weekend in a row where I was told it would be a 45 minute wait for a 12 pc. Today wasn’t busy at all there was one car in drive thru and maybe 6 customers inside. It doesn’t take 45 minutes to fry chicken. I’m thinking they just don’t want to work so they tell you a ridiculous wait time. I like the food at bojangles but I think I’m done with them after the last two visits
They are rude and unhelpful. My 12 year old daughter could do a better job at following directions.
None of the cooks wear gloves. Two cooks made eye contact with me while they were making my food. And then proceeded to grab gloves afterwards. Absolutely not. I’ve worked in the food industry for many years now, and this is absolutely unacceptable on more than one level.
