I would recommend the fried seafood platter! I got the fried oysters and shrimp. the oysters were sweet and not over cooked like most seafood resturants! next time we go im going to try the raw oysters and have more fried oysters. I couldn't believe we could find such freash tasting oysters here in the mountains!
We've been coming here for a couple of years now in our last two visits, there has been a noticeable decline in quality and service. My meal arrived cool, not warm or hot at all. we were sitting at the bar. When I brought it to our bartenders attention, he just took the plate back and sat the menu in front of me without saying a word. I chose not to order anything else, paid my tab and left. we're never going back.
This is the third time I've been to this restaurant and have been disappointed every time. We first started off with their clam chowder it was so bad we sent it back. It tasted sour like something had gone bad we felt it was old and had gone bad. My dad got the shrimp scampi and the pasta was soggy and the sauce was watery it smelled like yeast.
