Couple of rude employees that work the front. I was standing in the lobby waiting for 30+ minutes because they’re quite busy in the morning, which isn’t their fault obviously. The little girl that works behind the counter needs to learn some people skills along with another woman. I wasn’t aware I was being spoken to, until I turned around to see if she was, in fact, speaking to me. I got “whatever” then she walked away. ?? A few visits ago a different woman threw drink tray onto the counter not saying a word after I had asked for one.

I usually like this Dunkin and visit it several times per trip when I visit friends in Sylva. This trip was not great for them. Lobby is usually closed and they don’t serve food if someone calls out for work. The app however, still lets you order the food. Then you get to the drive through all they say is, “sorry, we can’t give you food or a refund (that has to be done by calling customer service line) but we can give you a couple cold donuts instead.” I understand the donuts are premade but still cold from a recent thawing isn’t pleasant. I hope this location has its act together before my next sylva visit. Not fair to the employees to be that understaffed.

Please read the full review. The only reason that I am giving 3 stars is because the gentleman taking our order had a horrible attitude. The donuts and coffee were delicious.

I understand trying to keep the drive thru and lobby open simultaneously to maximize profits, but if you don’t have the manpower you don’t have the manpower. Came in with a party of 5, 1 got a cold drink when ordering a hot one, 1 didn’t get their whole order, and it took them 20 minutes and me showing them the receipt for me to get my black coffee and wrap.
