First off, the location is great, and I'm going to to call out the patio--especially the charcoal firepit as some of the best seats in town. The separation between the kitchen and bar (lazy hiker gets a separate review) is only slightly inconvenient, but the dine in signs make it kinda fun. I guess the chef ran out of the good buns and tomato slices when he made my cheeseburger, but the special Mad Sauce was a treat, and the beer cheese hot and fresh, even if the fries...

Fried Chicken sandwich was dry and over cooked however the sauce was very good. Hamburger was also way overcooked and actually burned. Beer was good. There’s really no service here. Fun atmosphere. Would return but not for the food.

I was driving through Sylvia not quite sure of where to grab some food. Stopped in and had the best time. Hannah took my order and was super sweet, helped me make modifications to my meal and everything came out amazing. Hunter, one of the guys that works in the kitchen, gave me some awesome recommendations on things to do in the area. They made my little lunch stop into a super memorable experience.
