Got all our food except our chips. I have pictures. I only mention because we got the sauce for them and not the chips lol. Would have liked them. Other than that you guys are always nice.

The workers sound miserable on the speaker, prices are to high for the quality of food. I could have spent less and gotten authentic Mexican food down the rd. Which is 100% what I will do from now on.

Very disappointed in today's visit. There were 4 men preparing food, no one to greet customers. The dining room was dirty, with no clean tables to eat. The drink station is filthy and there are no napkins. With no one at the counter, I feel they can at least clean up the dining area. Once we brought up the absence of napkins, someone did come restock. Overall, the food was good, so we'll count it a win.

Waited more than 10 minutes for some Cinnamon twists. There were only 2 other customers waiting ahead of me. I finally had to go up and ask for my food.

The lady making my food was chewing gum with her mouth open the entire time while also coughing and not covering her mouth. I have zero idea how would think that is acceptable.

Im a frequent flyer at this Taco Bell. The atmosphere and the people are always incredible and the service is pretty quick despite how busy it's been sometimes when I come in. Today when I came in around 12 it was pretty slow, but it still took a while to get my order. My guess was because of the behaviors from a certain woman working there. She was shorter, maybe late 30's to 40 and she seemed more interested in talking with the younger men on the staff then allowing them to work. Im not one to assume, but they didn't seem all that interest in it and at one point I even watched one of them try to excuse themselves. As someone who's worked fast food, watching the times tick up as she pestered other employees and maybe got a bit too close I really hope this behavior is addressed in the future.

Refused service because we chose to not use the Order Kiosk. There were only two other customers in the Restaurant but when we attempted to order we were curtly told that we would need to use the self-service kiosk. I asked if that was the only option and was told that, if we wanted to order, it was, and that they would not serve us from the front counter… we left the Restaurant!

Went to this TB. There was a rude employee loudly speaking about things that should not be discussed loudly in a restaurant with kids in ear shot. They are always behind. Waited over 20 minutes for my order of 2 burritos. The owner/manager needs to send in some secret shoppers ...

food can be very hit or miss but the workers are all usually very nice minus this one older lady named cindy. dont know why she always has an attitude seeing as she has worked there for years now without being fired🤷‍♀️
