Don't order on the app! If they don't have what you ordered they won't give you a refund and will tell you to call corporate. They still won't refund what you didn't get.
Waited over 20 min at drive through only to have staff finally come on intercom (overheard from the people in front of me) to rudely complain to customers about being short staffed. No communication (until then), no respect, absolutely bottom of the barrel. Shame.... Do better. I worked for a short-staffed EMS agency for years... Glad you're just in fast food because this is not how you do things regardless of circumstances. Wherever the issues are coming from, do better or close your doors until you can figure it out. Wish I could leave lower than one star. So lame.

This was ridiculous. I knew in advance my sandwich wasn’t going to look like the picture BUT REALLY? I knew my fries weren’t going to be piping hot but from the time she handed me the bag ( We all sneak a few before our destination) they were maybe light side of warm if even that. Limp and cool. Hey at least the Coke was fizzy. Geezz.

The African American man working the window today tried to pocket some of my change, he's did the same thing a month ago. The first time I thought it could be an accident but a 2nd time?? Called him out both times... I've seen him working at other fast food places in town, maybe management caught on to him and fired him, seems Wendy's hasn't yet... also I ordered a double stack and food came with only 1 patty smh

This locations drive through makes everyone park after ordering and paying.An then you have to wait on someone bring your food. So much so they cant remember who ordered what. I have worked in restaurants a. long time. I know they are only doing this to keep drive thru times down. Even though people are parked for 15 minutes or longer waiting on their food. It ended up taking 25 minutes to make my 2 salads. But im sure corporate only thinks it took 3 minutes

Jesus Christ, Wendy’s get it together. I placed a mobile order so that I can skip the line when I walk inside, not so that I can be ignored for the drive-through and have my order ignored even though I placed it well ahead of time. Waited 20 minutes inside the store to pick up my mobile order.

Normally fine but the past few orders of a JBC (meat, cheese, mayo, tomato, lettuce, bacon) I’ve gotten no tomato or lettuce. When I sub mayo for ketchup that does not mean get rid of everything else too. Disappointing to say the least having to eat a sad dry burger with nothing on it as this is a recurring problem
Wait in line for 12 mins before I even get a order taking.. truck infront at the mic was told to wait. I sit i decide to leave and I go around the building and see 3 employees smoking instead of working. And no one taking orders at a fast food place since you have a cashier doing more then her window orders because no one is helping. Ill go else where. 20 mins for fast food is ridiculous!

Just more and more disappointed every time I go. It never fails my order is always wrong. I’ve called and tried to get order replacements, I’ve brought the food back. And even the “fresh” food they make me, my sandwich is still made wrong. Most of the chicken sandwiches have a wait time and I get asked to pull up. And then I’m handed a bag with no straws or napkins. Just kinda sad!

My burgers were cold, and the buns were stale like they had been sitting out for a while. One of them also had a hair in it. They didn't even give me any napkins. I will not be going back to this location for a while at least. By far the worst Wendy's I've ever had.

I came through the drive through to place an over. You did not have chocolate frosty so they told me to go around again. When I finally got up there the second time, I placed my wife’s order but while I was making up my mind, the rude employee told me to go around again and did not take my order. How dare you not be patient enough to wait. This happened approximately 6:45 pm Wednesday. This is the most unacceptable form of service I have ever come in contact with and maybe patience should be part of your training. Also your numbers that you record for how fast you serve your customers is bogus and inflated and I hope this makes it to your manager and district manager of the Sylva store
it's way better than Burger King Orr McDonald's is a very pleasant experience and the food was good unlike those other places
