Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. A simple small combo took almost 45 minutes. Rude unprofessional manager who sexually harassed me.

I just wanted to say good job to the 2 gentleman working last night 12/5/2025 they where very nice 🙂 and it was just the 2 off them working the whole store and sorry about people behind me in drive thru u 2 where doing great job and keeping piece and still smiling at the rude people u 2 handled it better then I would have and I am in my 60 great job keep up good work you deserve a raise gentleman and also my food was hot and fresh thank you again GOD BLESS THANK YOU

I’m not that type of person to write reviews on places because mistakes happen, I used to work in food so I get it. But, the past maybe 4-5 times I’ve ordered from here my order was either wrong, missing items, bread is stale and crunchy or my fries are bad. I just think it’s a bit ridiculous and I genuinely think these workers need to get it together

Took 20 minutes to get food, there were only 2 other people there who also had to wait. Insanely rude, dirty, and after all the waiting the food was cold

I ordered through the mobile app before arriving, and I ended up waiting for 30 minutes after they told us to pull over and park (In a drive-through, even though I pre-ordered), and got cold food and a melted Frosty, also had to turn around and get the drink they forgot.

This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. 1 hour in line of 3 cars. Lobby closed at 730pm on Friday night. So stupid.

Waited over 20 min at drive through only to have staff finally come on intercom (overheard from the people in front of me) to rudely complain to customers about being short staffed. No communication (until then), no respect, absolutely bottom of the barrel. Shame.... Do better. I worked for a short-staffed EMS agency for years... Glad you're just in fast food because this is not how you do things regardless of circumstances. Wherever the issues are coming from, do better or close your doors until you can figure it out. Wish I could leave lower than one star. So lame.

This was ridiculous. I knew in advance my sandwich wasn’t going to look like the picture BUT REALLY? I knew my fries weren’t going to be piping hot but from the time she handed me the bag ( We all sneak a few before our destination) they were maybe light side of warm if even that. Limp and cool. Hey at least the Coke was fizzy. Geezz.
