My burgers were cold, and the buns were stale like they had been sitting out for a while. One of them also had a hair in it. They didn't even give me any napkins. I will not be going back to this location for a while at least. By far the worst Wendy's I've ever had.

I came through the drive through to place an over. You did not have chocolate frosty so they told me to go around again. When I finally got up there the second time, I placed my wife’s order but while I was making up my mind, the rude employee told me to go around again and did not take my order. How dare you not be patient enough to wait. This happened approximately 6:45 pm Wednesday. This is the most unacceptable form of service I have ever come in contact with and maybe patience should be part of your training. Also your numbers that you record for how fast you serve your customers is bogus and inflated and I hope this makes it to your manager and district manager of the Sylva store

My fiance was just at Wendy's like 30 minutes ago he went through the drive through just to be turned away because they said they were closed but they served 2 other customers that went through drive through right after my fiance pulled out I think it's total B.S that my fiance was turned away and refused service but they let other people order through drive through after they turned my fiance away Do Better Wendy's Crew 😡

I'm sorry but if I could leave a zero star review I would. I gave them two chances for my meals. the wait was about 30 minutes combined if not more. they didn't call out our indoor order so who knows how long it was sitting. I first got the wrong sandwich, which also was missing every topping but the freezer burnt lettuce, and my fiances bacon was burnt on his baconator. and when we placed a mobile order the sandwiches were clearly rushed and half the components of the sandwich were just in the wrapper. Both order of fries were definitely 10+ minutes old. The fries taste like the fryer oil hasn't been changed in several days. This is by far the worst Wendys experience I have ever had. and I work fast food I get it. I manage fast food. as a manager, do better.

I went there Friday, December 7th 2024 around midnight and when I got back home my boyfriend ate a nugget and then pulled out a long black hair from his mouth. We called back the next day and a man picked up and told us to find our receipt although I told him I had it, and hung up. I called back and said I had my receipt and then he said to call back 10-15 minutes. I called back 30 minutes later and a girl picked up and took my name and asked me to come after 4 which I agreed to. When I got there after 4, the shift managers told me they could not do anything and that they had no female manager in the mornings. They did not know how to do a refund and told me I had to come back on Monday. They even tried to give me the food back but why would I take it if we were freaked out about a hair????!!!! We will never go to this Wendy's again.

I had a rather large order this evening ($90+). I called a head of time and let them know that I was placing a huge order. When I got there, they had all of the food bagged and taped up. They were very accurate with the food. They were very friendly. The food tasted great. It was a total change from what they used to be. Good job guys! Me and my family will definitely be back!

This place is AWFUL. Never have I ever had a pleasant experience here. If my order isn't screwed up, the place is too understaffed to serve me in the first place. If you want the food you paid for, go to McDonald's.

Made me wait for over 30 minutes when my food was done came outside with it and stood and talked to someone for another 5 minutes and forgot my frosty that I paid for tried to get there attention and ignored me never coming here again.

Ordered on mobile app on my way to work but when I got there there the lobby was closed due to only 3 people being staffed. I couldn't wait in the long drive thru line so I called the store to see about canceling the order but was told that there was nothing they can do and I'd just have to deal with paying for food id never receive
