Every time I go to this location, and I order my food to a T, they get it wrong. I never get the sauce I ask for, even if I pay extra for it. Today, with my lunch order of a tender plate, I received no straw for my milkshake, but they gave me a fork, even though I asked for extra fries instead of coleslaw. I’m so tired of giving this place my money and another chance to listen to a customer and read an order ticket properly.

It’s so rare to actually have a good experience at this Zaxbys. The orders are always wrong, they’re out of main items, it takes way longer than you would think, service is bad, and the food is never as good as you hoped. It’s worth the drive out of town to get better Zaxbys!

I just waited a hour in drive through ordered teriyaki chicken fingers and they gave me regular this place needs new management every time we go here it’s the same thing always slow never in a hurry for anything your better off going to a sit down restaurant nothing fast about this place at all

I pulled and online still said they was open but when I made it to the drive through the sign was off and then I pulled around to leave and they was all just sitting in the lobby

I hadn't eaten here in awhile but probably be longer before i return. The chicken tenders were so tiny they looked like chicken feet. The French fries were ice cold being
fresh made. The chicken bacon ranch fries didn't have bacon on them. Must have been out of bacon too. They were out of ketchup and half the sodas were unavailable. There is definetly an issue with this place.

I ordered 20 tendies to go, hedging my bets on a possible date that night. They ghosted, I ate 20 tendies. 10/10, would do again!

There are less than 20 tendies in the bowl, I had to taste test a few on the drive home ;)

So ridiculously slow everytime we go here! It doesn’t matter if you do drive through, takeout, or eat in. You had better be ready to wait around 1-2 hours. Management really needs to get it together and hire more people to make things run smoother. 👎👎👎👎

Sat in line waiting on my food for 45 mins. I know help is hard to find but geez. I worked fast food for 13 years and this is the slowest I have ever seen a line go.
