Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

It’s so rare to actually have a good experience at this Zaxbys. The orders are always wrong, they’re out of main items, it takes way longer than you would think, service is bad, and the food is never as good as you hoped. It’s worth the drive out of town to get better Zaxbys!

I just waited a hour in drive through ordered teriyaki chicken fingers and they gave me regular this place needs new management every time we go here it’s the same thing always slow never in a hurry for anything your better off going to a sit down restaurant nothing fast about this place at all

Food was really good. Took a while but this seems to be a very busy location. Girl taking orders at the counter was very friendly.

I pulled and online still said they was open but when I made it to the drive through the sign was off and then I pulled around to leave and they was all just sitting in the lobby

I hadn't eaten here in awhile but probably be longer before i return. The chicken tenders were so tiny they looked like chicken feet. The French fries were ice cold being
fresh made. The chicken bacon ranch fries didn't have bacon on them. Must have been out of bacon too. They were out of ketchup and half the sodas were unavailable. There is definetly an issue with this place.

I ordered 20 tendies to go, hedging my bets on a possible date that night. They ghosted, I ate 20 tendies. 10/10, would do again!

There are less than 20 tendies in the bowl, I had to taste test a few on the drive home ;)

So ridiculously slow everytime we go here! It doesn’t matter if you do drive through, takeout, or eat in. You had better be ready to wait around 1-2 hours. Management really needs to get it together and hire more people to make things run smoother. 👎👎👎👎

Sat in line waiting on my food for 45 mins. I know help is hard to find but geez. I worked fast food for 13 years and this is the slowest I have ever seen a line go.

i’ve been sitting the the drive through for over an hour and there’s only four cars in line. They even got my order wrong

Off putting customer service, didn't get my overall order correct (incorrect sides and orientation given, wanted tacos and was given a platter) and was missing items (missing two side items ordered).

No silverware for our salads, one of the ranches was open and made a hot mess in the whole bag. Salads were more bread than salad. Tried to call, surprise no answer. Trying to grab a quick bite bc my husbands in the hospital, didn’t help the day.

This Zaxby's has been very up and down, but I'm over them now. Recently I bought a couple of boneless wing meals, and I didn't realize until after I got home and was eating the meal that someone had already taken bites out of 3 of the wings! Yum! Then I discovered that the second wing meal was missing the sauce and toast! I sent an email to the General Manager, was told I'd get a refund. I never did. I called corporate, and was told again that I'd get a refund. I never did. Just called again today, corporate forwarded me to the GM again, and the phone just kept ringing until the call ended. Amazing service!
