I felt highly disrespected at this Thomasville NC Arbys. I overheard an employee say to another employee “I think her name is Karen” while pointing in my direction. They didnt give me the correct sandwich twice....that’s incompetence on their part. If it makes me a Karen to go back and ask for the correct sandwich, then so be it!
In the past, I’ve gone to this location several times per month. In the last three weeks, I’ve been very disappointed. One day I came by at 1030......they weren’t open, despite the sign clearly stating they open at 10.
The next visit, they got my order wrong, my son doesn’t like red ranch on his sandwich......she repeated my order twice, so I didn’t check the bag.......got to work, both sandwiches had lots of red ranch.....then today at 1020, you’re still not open...read full review
