We visited Scoops in July 2023 during our honeymoon. Absolutely amazing ice cream! ? Not only is the ice cream amazing but the staff and atmosphere is super friendly. Scoops is a true treat for anyone that comes to Topsail Island. The ice cream is homemade and truly phenomenal. So creamy, rich, and flavorful. Additionally, the baked goods are the best on the island. You are really missing out if you do not try some! Andrea and Kayla, the owners, are an outstanding mother/daughter duo that care so much about their customers and delicious product. Go give them a visit!
