Katie was a young lady who was very polite and personable. She took my order and then took my phone and let my wife place her order. Even though a young mother with a screaming 3 yr old and one on the way who had already placed her order but stood 3 feet away, Katie was very professional and got both orders exactly correct even though I told her right at the end I forgot to say no cheese on mine. But my husband had bone in buffalo wings and i had bonelss polynesian med. heat and they were off the chain delicious and had a good amount of sauce.Fresh, hot and hit the spot!“

For the first day being open, there were very few hitches and kinks from our view at the tables; it was delicious and the service was as excellent as we could gave hoped for. “Been to McAlister's Deli before in other areas but this was our first trip to the location in Mooresville. Overall, we had a really good experience. We ordered the pick two and got a Pecanberry Salad with a Jalapeno Turkey Crunch sandwich along with a Caesar Salad with a Spicy Southwest Chicken sandwich. The food tasted great and the prices were just as good. The service was somewhat slow but there was only one person working the counter and also a lot of to-go orders being placed. We will definitely be back again!“

“Today I want to recognize some Black Excellence right here in Statesville! The young Black lady who made my sandwich today was absolutely outstanding. She was professional, patient, and had such a positive attitude — she made sure my order was just the way I wanted it, with care and a smile.

It’s refreshing to see young Black employees showing up, standing out, and setting an example of excellence and pride. She deserves her flowers for real!“

“For food I'll divide it into four catagorys pizza, pasta, salad, dessert. The pizza was really good had a really nice thin crisp crust and the toppings were very flavorful leagues better then cicis or many other fast food pizzas. The pasta was okay the noodles were not Al dente but not mush either the sauce tho was pretty good. The salad bar was clean the veggies fresh and the topping selection plentiful. The dessert is the reason for food I rated them four out of five it wasn't good the dessert pizza was kinda gummy the banana pudding was kinda bland and the chocolate was well not bad but very bland. Over all tho the food was awesome. The service was great very friendly staff very speedy service I liked they had a board up with people names of the people working. The atmosphere was deeply nostalgic some would call it dated but it's the closest I've felt to the early 2000s in a long time shame the arcade machine was broken tho would of really added to the ambience which was lovely lots of earth tones classic cushioned bench style booths just over all lovely :)“

“I've been to this location several times but just had to write about my most recent experience. My cousin and I went Saturday 10/24/2026 for supper before bingo. Our waitress as Shakeria and she was the best. She brought us a beautiful salad, there was so much color and her design of the salad was gorgeous and delicious. Shakeria was so pleasant to have as our server. Our entree was a 6oz steak with fettucine; it was delicious too. Dessert was Pumpkin Cheesecake - highly recommend. Please ask for Shakeria when you go to this location, we will next time we are back.“
