“The bagels and spreads are delicious, worth the trip and always fresh. However, the hours are awful! They close at 2:00. I have been by countless times between 2:00-3:00 and they are always closed. It’s very frustrating. They lose a lot of business not staying open just an hour later. I hope this will change.“

“The bagels are great but the way they do their orders is kind of annoying. The person taking the order is also the person making the order. If you’re in a hurry you’re going to have to wait. It would be much more efficient if there were 1 person taking the order and someone else making the order.“

Even though Lucille’s technically doesn’t deliver, the owner took my call, got to the bagel store earlier than usual to assemble my order and delivered it herself. “My favorite Bruegger's Bagels location. Love the Owner and her staff at this location in Wakefield. It's so nice to be able to call them ahead to order my favorite bagels freshly baked & pick them up 15-20 minutes later while welcoming staff hands them to me right out of the oven. I can't even imagine going to any other location. Highly recommend to all.“
