Why? You order your food and the person at first window acts like he’s busy until they say order ready then they take your money give you your condiments and drive up your food out the window ! This has happened three different times ! My food be hot and correct but this technique to show fast drive thru service is funny !
Usually I am hesitant on BK because their chicken fries my son loves is always so dry. This time...this BK....Danielle had just made them fresh and they were perfect! I will definitely be coming back to this location foe the fresh food and happy atmosphere.
The only reason that it gets a 3 is because of the young lady at drive thru 1 on Sun 10/20/24 @ 320. NYANAH. She was very sweet, kind and courteous. Great first impression. You need more like her. The person at drive thru 2 was not as such. They literally swung my food out the windows with no courtesy at all. Sheesh if they dnt have manners like NYANAH take them out of drive thru
