The chicken wings and fries were great but they put too much sauce on the wings and when I got home tonight my stomach was torn up and it felt very bad at the time. Usually the wings are great but it was too saucy and spicy. They also took 12 or 14 minutes to get my food ready.

Everything was great. It's fast good... just how good can the atmosphere be ;) I was TOTALLY pleased when I walked in and did NOT see a "self service kiosk". Thank goodness Zaxbys still believes in customer service.

Seems like every time I come to this store, I have to wait 20+ minutes for my food. Did an online order. It was supposed to be ready at 8:45 after placing it at 8:21. Called the restaurant and let them know I was outside at 8:42. They said they would bring it out when it was ready. I didn’t receive my food until 9:08. Every car that came through drive through was made to park and wait. Zaxby’s in Wallace really needs to get it together.
