This McDonald's has to be one of the worse ones I've been to. the food always cold or the sandwiches and burgers slap together and drown in sauces. Or they are messing orders up like they did tonight. I was charged for a plan chicken sandwich but was not given one with the bagged meal I purchased. I won't be going back, my patience for this place is spent.
I would recommend y’all fix that window fan
I ordered from the kiosk and entered a locator number, then sat at a table with my autistic son, who will only eat in the restaurant. After 15 minutes, my order still wasn't brought to my table. I went to the counter and asked about it. The young woman behind the counter said she had called my number multiple times, but the food was supposed to have been brought to the table. McDonald's is a well-known fast-food restaurant that offers a convenient dining experience. The staff at this location were super friendly and efficient, with the drive-thru service being particularly outstanding. The food was fresh and tasty, including a great meal like the Shrimp Tacos and one of the best tasting sausage biscuits. Tuesday night is "Trivia" night and it is very enjoyable with great prizes. However, the ordering process could be improved, as some employees just don't listen when you order. Overall, McDonald's provides a standard fast-food experience, catering to the needs of families and customers on the go.
