I had a great experience at the Bojangles in Waxhaw! The associate Matt always provides amazing service and goes the extra mile to make sure everything I order is in my bag before I leave. It’s refreshing to see that kind of attention to detail. The manager Stephanie also does a fantastic job keeping the store organized and very clean, which makes the whole visit even better. Definitely one of the best Bojangles locations around.

The food has been ok but they have a hard time getting the order correct. I went last night and ordered dirty rice, cajun pinto, a biscuit, and a 6-piece bo bite. I got 2 dirty rice, a spicy chicken biscuit, and the smallest bo bites. The chicken was overcooked, i wasn't very impressed.

What are my favorite fast food restaurants. Fried chicken is one of a kind and it was cooked to perfection.

I do want to also point out that the service staff has been so much better last couple weeks, possibly even months.

So much more personable and friendly and extremely caring .

Management you’re doing a really really good job. Keep up the good work.

Parking: Parking is a little tight but not horrible....
