we were on a trip stayed in waxhaw and like family diners we found this cute Mexican family owned everyone was so nice and food was good !
Excellent food, both authentic Mexican and American dishes! The staff are fantastic and service is great. I'll be back. Plus, I heard they have real, handmade tamales on Saturdays

Based on the reviews, Vera's Kitchen Waxhaw is a nice restaurant with great food selections. It is a great place for breakfast, with the spinach and feta cheese omelette seasoned perfectly, fresh, fluffy, and packed with flavor, and the hash browns golden, crispy, and delicious. The food is always hot, fresh, and super quick to come out. The service is amazing, with friendly and prompt wait and cook staff. The owner is very thankful. It is a family and child friendly restaurant that is very clean with lots of seating, nice restrooms, and a big parking lot with free and handicap parking. It is quiet enough to hold a conversation. This is a great place to eat in Waxhaw.
