While some of the items at this location are okay, there are issues. Bought two crispy chicken sandwiches via the drive-through on July 15, 2024, around 6:00pm; immediately placed them in an insulated heat retaining bag, drove the 8 miles back home and found both chicken sandwiches were cold. Not even slightly warm, but stone cold. And they tasted awful. It did not even look like real chicken, but some kind of spongy, lab-produced Frankenchicken. drive service nice and not slow ...good food and staff friendly...
This location is in serious need of help. Our food was okay, but people were constantly bringing food back. Drive through should run into the lobby since everyone was coming inside to complain. One man ordered before we did and had to ask for his order when he saw we were done. To many other issues to list.
