This has to be the slowest fast food restaurant on planet earth. They don't hire enough people to do the job. One person takes the order, makes change, then runs around filling orders. Terrable system

We were there at 7:15 pm Nov 10. 2024.
I have to say Kylee deserves a raise. She was friendly, fast and made sure we had our order right. Very impressed with her work skills. She is someone that KFC is lucky to have.

Sat in the drive-thru for almost 25 minutes, including placing my order!! Then was parked for an additional 10 minutes. I get it, it was lunchtime, but still. It's always "no one wants to work" or "the pay sucks." There has to be some semblance of a common ground there. Folks usually only have an hour for their lunches, they shouldn't have to spend over half of it waiting.
