There are 2 Subways within a 1/4 mile of one another but neither are ever open despite hours posted online as “open”. I once ordered a sandwich on the app from the Walmart store and when I arrived the store was locked and dark. The other store up the street is no better. Please don’t give me some sad story about not having people to work, they don’t pay enough…blah blah blah. Not interested. So 1. If the store is not open, y’all need to make that known on the app. 2. If they can’t keep the store open, then the franchise should be closed. No wonder Subway is in trouble and has to take their business to China to stay afloat. At least close one of these stores if you can’t staff one!

One person working at 2:30 ( I can deal with that). What I couldn’t deal with was I watched her wait on 3 people and didn’t change gloves. ( why wear them) she made the sandwiches and worked the register and never changed gloves. As she was making the 3 rd person’s sandwich for some reason she was frustrated and putting wrong meat throwing it back in picking up other meat. At this point young man she was just airing looks at me. Person behind me walked out. I was going to wait and have her change gloves then I realized all that meat cheese and everything else she had been touching! I didn’t want sandwich from there even if she changed gloves at this point. I probably have left review 3 times in my life but this really bothered me!

I wanted to build a veggie sub. The spinach in the pan was crushed wilted and that dark green slimy that spoiled spinach gets. And I said, “you need to change out the spinach it’s spoiled.“ Wordlessly he took it to the back and emptied it and opened a bag of spinach and put it in and brought it out. Now it was a full pan of exactly the same thing. He presented it as if it was fine, didn’t apologize or make a comment. Just crushed wilted and spoiled slimy dark green spinach.As I looked at the other items for the sandwich the shredded lettuce looked the same, the tomatoes were OK, the onion was tired and dried out and awful looking. There was nothing that was appetizing. Nothing looked fresh. Everything looked either spoiled, very old, or very used. I walked away.It’s going to be a long long time before I go back.

Last 2 Sundays, check Internet to make sure they are open before make the trip, website states open. Drive there and closed, this location very slack in posting hours of operation. Not recommend to visit! If they are slack on this small detail, what else are they slack on!
