Lyndsay was extremely rude today and was very disrespectful. Terrible customer service. I called to let someone know, and sadly, SHE is the manager of both locations in West Jefferson. I’ll try to contact the owner.
There are 2 Subways within a 1/4 mile of one another but neither are ever open despite hours posted online as “open”. I once ordered a sandwich on the app from the Walmart store and when I arrived the store was locked and dark. The other store up the street is no better. Please don’t give me some sad story about not having people to work, they don’t pay enough…blah blah blah. Not interested. So 1. If the store is not open, y’all need to make that known on the app....read full review

The only bread available was Italian Herb and cheese or Wheat. picked the IHC, not toasted. Got back to work and the bread is so hard that it crunched like it was toasted, 5 days ago. It literally fell apart in my hands. For a $10 6" combo, this sucks.
