I will be stopping by during my future travels through Carthage NC. Fresh food has such unique taste and texture. “I had lunch today at Chapman’s. They had a risotto special and I decided to take a walk on the wild side, instead of ordering my go to. It was so good! It had shrimp, spinach,and a few other things in it. The portion was huge. It was definitely a win! I hope they will serve it again sometime. He server was great and very pleasant.Thanks Chapmans!”

“Today was my first time eating here & I was very impressed!! I ordered lunch & had it delivered via DoorDash. First of all, I have never had take out food so beautifully plated/packaged. They provided plenty of sauces, the portions were pretty big (had plenty leftover for dinner) & everything was so fresh. I got the Walking Taquitos & an individual taco with carne asada, cilantro, & onions. It was delicious!! I can’t wait to try more things on their menu!!”

“Very kind and friendly. My girl loved the potatoes- they were good. The coffee wasn’t great but it could’ve been the roast that they used just isn’t my favorite. This is your above average breakfast place.

“Do I recommend The Workshop Tavern? Brace for corny - Man, do I ever!!! YES! Hell yes, ABSOLUTELY! 💯🎯 I've been following them for a while, silently lurking and screenshotting stories of their different foods. Well, today, after having to go buy a new refrigerator (ughhhh!), we were driving like Miss Daisy and I YELLED in my poor unsuspecting husband's ear, "WORKSHOP TAVERN!!!!! OMG! LET'S GO!" And, go we did. Y'all, seriously, do not sleep on this place. Andy was super welcoming and helpful and the food is freaking phenomenal! My husband got the Ahi Tuna Tacos and I got the Greek plate - and one to go for us to share for dinner tonight. It is THAT. DANG. GOOD. Thanks for the awesome food and hospitality, new friends! “My husband and I stopped in for the first time last night. Ellie who had been working at the shop for less than a month, helped us. She was kind, refreshing and helpful. My husband ordered a banana split and she had not made one before but when asked by her supportive supervisor if she wanted her to make it, she said she wanted to learn to do one herself. She did a great job! Even though my husband changed up the traditional banana split, lol. The experience was great! Thank you ladies!”

The dim sum was perfectly prepared, the Avocado Chicken, Pad Thai, Salmon, and Glazed Chicken and Pork were full of flavor and fork tender. We will definitely enjoy eating at this restaurant again. It is a nice place to dine in, as the atmosphere is charming and the staff super friendly.”
