The worst experience I have ever had at any fast food place. It took over 23 minutes to get my food once I reached the drive thru window. I only ordered two things. Employees were busy talking amongst themselves instead of waiting on customers. After waiting so long my food was still incorrect and I had to go back. Inside was a dirty mess. cashier at window was rude while I was ordering. Got my order, there's no sauce or ketchup for my wings and fries. no receipt in bag so I use the points for my app. I simply refuse to patronize this restaurant again. NO THNX!!
Literally the worst dining experience of my life. First, the restaurant was incredibly dirty. The employees were occupying all the bathroom stalls talking on their phones. Then when one finally came out, she didn’t wash her hands. Food took forever. Once we finally got our food, a fight broke out with the employees and the police were called. I will never visit a Zaxbys again after this.
