My husband and I went through the drive-through. Service was good, but upon eating our food, the things that were fried (the fries and Mac n cheese bites) were awful. The grease was way past due for changing! The Mac n cheese bites tasted like they were not fresh reheated in the bad grease as well. The roast beef sandwiches were delicious. Food was good. No matter when you go to the drive through, they always say be with you in a minute. One time I would like to pull up and they say welcome to arby's. May I help you.

On a long road trip, I stopped in for a quick bite and a bio break. The restrooms were clean. I ordered a plain roast beef and cheese but didn't notice until I was back on the road.
