Keith is the kind of owner you actually see in the store, checking in, helping out, and making sure everything runs the right way. He’s always attentive to both customers and employees, and it shows in every part of the experience. You can tell he truly takes care of his staff. The employees are consistently friendly, motivated, and professional, which speaks volumes about how they’re treated behind the scenes. When a team is respected and supported like that, it reflects directly in the service, and this location nails it every single time. The food quality never slips. Whether it’s peak hours or late in the day, the chicken is always fresh, hot, and cooked exactly how it should be. The consistency is impressive, and it’s clear there’s a strong standard in place that Keith makes sure is maintained. You know exactly what you’re getting, and it’s always done right. This Zaxby’s is a true staple of the community. It’s a reliable, welcoming place you can count on at any hour they’re open, whether you’re grabbing a quick meal or sitting down to relax. “My 2 little boys and I come here a lot. We love it ! I’ve been to other Waffle House locations in the past and they’re all horrible , just dirty. But this place ? You don’t get that. Food is great , service is top notch , and CLEAN. This is the only Waffle House we will go too.”

“So my mom and I were headed back from Charlotte and we were craving Chinese food but home was a little ways away so we decided to research a place to go to on the way. We came across this spot and decided to give it a try after reading the reviews which were mixed but there were more pros than cons.
So anywayyyyzzz honey the food was soooo bomb we came back today on our way home from Charlotte again. We couldn’t remember the name of the place so we had to search through our bank statement and pinned locations to find out where we went 😂😂 we just finished eating and the same is true!!! The food was sooooo good. We got the shrimp & broccoli combo and the crab rangoons!!! Delicious! 🤤 Don’t hesitate to stop by! And the service was excellent!! So kind. Clean bathroom & hot water!!”

“Was visiting the area and decided I needed a little iced latte pick me up. I do sugar-free on everything although their sugar free options were limited. I did add a little bit of brown sugar cinnamon to my sugar-free vanilla and when I tell you, it was like Heaven in a cup with ice!!! we’ll definitely visit every time I am in the area”
