I mainly do online ordering here, and surprisingly it has been right every time. Today the customer service was good. I didn't have to wait in a long line before picking up my order. I was greeted coming in. Overall it was good
Jennings I believe was his name was very very helpful. I hope he gets a raise. The other man working with him was very nice too. Though they were very busy. They took time out to help answer my questions. Great service and food.

Bad attitude and sloppy when making the sandwiches, tossing lettuce everywhere and bread, and the restaurant wasn’t even busy at the time of my order. This is Subway behavior, and not what I would expect from Jersey Mike’s. Sandwich was delicious, but because of the associates attitude we will not be returning.
