Service was very fast, though they were out of fried okra, dark meat fried chicken, and spiced apples.Between the 4 of us, we got fried white chicken, grilled chicken, pig, hushpuppies, rolls, coleslaw, collards, corn, green beans, and fries.I recommend you get the pig, hushpuppies, fries, and coleslaw.The collards, white meat fried chicken, corn, and green beans were not great.I can't speak for the fried okra, dark meat fried chicken, and spiced apples that I would've ordered...read full review
First time here. The inside could use a renovation. The service was great. The food was ok. I feel like it needs a little more oomph. I had the pig and Brunswick stew lunch combo with Cole slaw and green beans. I would like to go back and try the chicken next.

?Portion sizes are too small but the staff there are super wonderful. Food is cooked fresh to order just small portions for the price.You may get some looks there when you visit from the old timers, I simply ignored them and enjoyed my food ...I was there to eat some good food & certainly wasn't worried about others ignorance.The staff made me feel the color of my skin didn't matter?
