Applebee's Grill + Bar

Me and my ladies friends went there Aug12th 2023 our food came out cold we talk to manager she sent it back to kitchen brought it back out said it was hot no it was still cold our waitress touched it. It was still cold call manager back told her it was still cold manager was getting upset with us so assistant manager came out. She was very nice. Also gave gift certificate. Not impressed at all. I could have chose anywhere to eat I chose here. The waiter was extremely nice. The food was pretty nasty. 2 oriental salads a chicken sandwich. The sandwich looked like it was bitten before giving it to me and clearly forgot about in the fryer. The salads had so much dressing in it that it should have come with a straw. The food was good but I ordered the sirloin and it was very gritty, fatty. The appetizers were the best, especially since it was after 9, and they were half off. Our server was ok. He never cleared our table. We even still had the menus on our table. Plates are everywhere also. It was quiet, but the ac was broken, so it got hot. It was an ok experience.
