paid extra for steak and got fake steak umms. ordered jalapeño cheddar (they have a selection of many bagels). they were out of these and called 5 minutes prior to when we had to pick it up. they only had 4 flavors of bagels left none of which I wanted but whatever. staff was unprofessional.
They charge $3,95 for a coffee and refuse to give a refill. The bagels were not fresh, they were hard when they reheated them, the veggie spread was tasteless. Take your own coffee like the gentleman that came in after us, he knew what he was doing.
The best place ever! They custom made my daughters donuts exactly how we talked about! Thank you so much for helping us celebrate my daughters first birthday with something sweet! 🤍
