“Just wanted to give a shout-out to Josiah! Hands down such a kind human and very friendly, and personable … I was on my way to a photoshoot and he gave me a free coffee because my mobile app wasn’t working and I couldn’t add to my order.“

“Our first visit last weekend we dined in. I had ordered ahead of time through the app, and they brought it to the table. Without any napkins, straws, forks, or the sauces we ordered.
The 2nd visit was through the drive thru during breakfast. Once again, there were no napkins, straws, or sauces. I can kind of accept this if I ordered inside at the counter, but the DRIVE THRU? Come on guys.“

“We got Chicken noodle soup on 1-2-25 about 8:00 pm from your restaurant. We’ve been eating it for years. But tonight it was so much better. It was thicker, tastes so much better and we actually got some chunks of chicken. Don’t know what changed but keep it up.“

So, no one can’t never say Chick-fill-A isn’t popular. They have great food. The atmosphere is always clean no matter how busy they are. Service & the 5th star. After are meal, My preteen Granddaughter order us milkshakes. In all the excitement of her going up & ordering solo. She forgot to take the change 😳. The cashier delved out shacks along with the change. I can’t thank her enough. My Granddaughter learned that math is important.“

"Don't talk to me about their politics" I say as I think about their wonderfully simple yet incredibly delicious chicken in all its various forms. I mean they have grilled chicken sure and its good. But can we get back to the reason we are here?

Chick-fil-A did what should be impossible. They present the chicken sandwich in such gloriously simple fashion that it really makes no sense to the mouth. Chicken, pickles, and a bun. Yes, you can literally eat it just like that. Waffle fries? Yes please. Sweet Tea? You had me at the sound of a moo, or a chicken or whatever animal comes to mind when looking at the tiny stuffed cow bearing their slogan which resides prominently displayed on my kitchen counter.

I don't eat Chick-fil-A often, but whether I am needing food or a milkshake they always are in the running for a stopover and that is nothing but a compliment to the brilliance of achievement in terms of fried "chicken-gineering." You may steal that catchphrase as I made it just for you Chick-fil-A.“

“Heaven Tristan, and Janiyah with the epitome of what quick service food restaurants should be the friendly customer service, quick greet with a smile. Has made this my new favorite Chick-fil-A. I would recommend this one to anyone over any of the other Chick-fil-A in Wilmington.“
