Here are the facts: delivered wrong food for my wife after an over 30 minute wait for our food. When we pointed this out to the server, he came up with an excuse and finally said that the sandwich went to the wrong table. He didn't offer to have the sandwich replaced. The manager who didn't come and talk to us offered us an appetizer or desert on our NEXT visit. So they wanted to make more money off their mistake. That's an arrogant manager who doesn't care about customer service. If we were tourists who were only coming to the restaurant once that offer had no value. The quality of food is below average. Their relying on their location for business. Its too bad we used to like the restaurant. We turned down the offer and will not be going back.

Stopped in for lunch and sat outside. The blackened Mahi was delicious and our server Ryann was an absolute delight. We will definitely be adding this to our list of restaurants as we are often in Wilmington. My only complaint, which was beyond anyone's control, was the biting gnats. Apparently we were there during an active time for them. No fault of the restaurant by any means.
