“The food here was amazing here! My partner had the “Mussels Mariniere” and I had the “Chicken Au Jus.” The atmosphere was quiet, intimate, and romantic. The service was pretty good. For dessert, my partner had the Crème Brûlée and I had the Cafe Legouis. We both loved the experience and recommend to anyone visiting downtown Wilmington!“
“Wow! What a fantastic experience! Rob, the owner, is a delight! He explained all the choices to us and made us feel like family immediately. The wine list and prices are amazing - from $3.00/glass for the house wine to $12 for the higher-end wines. The crab cake appetizer was moist and delicious, and the dressing on the greens it was sitting on - perfection. I ordered the duck with scallops. It was superb. A lot of restaurants offer scallops, but these were exceptional. Quite possibly the best meal I've had in Wilmington!“
“It was so wonderful on so many levels! First a delicious glass of red wine and the butternut squash soup. It was so creamy and rich it was a meal itself! Then blackened mahi mahi with sweet potato puree and sautéed spinach. With the first bite so many flavors popped in my mouth! I haven’t had a meal this flavorful in many years. And I have traveled the world. My partner as well. And we both agreed. The atmosphere, food, and staff is top notch! Highly recommend!!!!!“
“Yum! What once was a great bakery is now a delicious bistro. I had the French Dip and it was divine. It's hard to find a good lunch spot as many restaurants get sloppy with time. The ambiance is great for a friendly brunch or gathering. It is very open so I'd imagine the noise level goes up when it's busy. The service was sweet and attentive. I'll be back!“
“Been here multiple times, always amazing! The owner is always around and checks in with guests, guaranteeing that any mistakes are taken care of and that you have a great experience! They also have a small patio where you can eat outside with your dogs.“
