My family and I adore this food! Authentic, good Jamaican food is so rare. It's always amazing! My only gripe is the unpredictable hours, and now he's got a food truck does that mean the restaurant's closed? This has been going on for a week, and last Friday he was at Laney High. Such a shame, we'd order more often, but it's tough to find him. It's become too much of a hassle, but we'll grab it when we can it's delicious! 😋

I ordered from here recently for the first time through DoorDash. The driver was nice and my food was delicious. I got the Jerked ribs with cabbage and Mac and cheese and also ordered some plantains. I want more. It was so good.

My wife and I experienced JamRock a couple of months ago. We had just moved to the area. We ordered the Curry Chicken dinner with Mac and cheeses and their plantains everything was delicious and plentiful. What a great experience and the cost was $20. With plenty of food. What we have been use too. We don’t live close about an hour or so but. We will now make the trip every now and then.

I ordered stew chicken with rice and peas Mac and cheese with a side of plantain. This is my first time coming here because I was craving Jamaican. I do want to say that the stewed chicken was cooked to perfection the rice and peas was amazing very soft the plantain was perfect but the mac & cheese was OK the noodles were Overcooked but besides that I would give the food 8.5 out of 10 customer service was pretty good I was the only one in there. Upon my arrival the man was on his phone but it could’ve about business so not gonna Base
It off of that customer service I will give it to 8.5 out of 10 didn’t seem too busy because I was the only one in there I said but it was very nice

First time trying this place. I couldn’t find the inspection score anywhere but i did find little critters dead and alive in front of service bar. The rice and peas was either over or under cooked as i found some hard pieces in it. Food wasn’t horrible but I won’t revisit the mac and cheese. A lot of the food was not available which was a bummer. Frozen vegetables was left out in the front for customers to see.. I thought i found a nice Jamaican spot as I was told to visit here for good food.. sad that that wasn’t the case..

My first horrible Jamaican food experience. I have never eaten curry shrimp with frozen California vegetable blend and thin transparent curry sauce. Cabbage flavorless, peas and rice bland. Oxtails drowned in ketchup sauce. Highly advise anyone if you desire true authentic Jamaican food go to Lee's Kitchen, Raleigh.

When I knew I was going to be in Wilmington for a bit I knew I had to get Jamrock. I’ve searched all over Denver but can’t find oxtail as good as y'all do it. Big, meaty pieces that are fall off the bone tender over gravy soaked rice. And the plate is only $20!! I always miss it when I’m away.
