Everything I have ever had from Olivero has been incredibly delicious! Not overly fussy or complicated. Just perfection. The service is always 10/10 too! Definitely my favorite dinner spot in Wilmington.
We were a little disappointed. The food was OK, but it wasn't great. It came out lukewarm. Our pork cheek appetizer didn't have near enough chips to go with it; we didn't ask for more because they appeared to be regular potato chips, not homemade.
The specialty cocktails were not good. Avoid them and just order your regular gi-to drink or a bottle of wine.

Service was great - Greer was attentive, friendly, and happy to answer any questions. The tapas style apps were really good. The pasta is where it all went wrong for us. The rigatoni was still very tough and needed to cook 2 more minutes. The angliotti did not have any of the flavors described on the menu. It was fine-ish but not what I expected. The desserts were...eh... budino was super thin in consistency, but the panna cotta was delicious if you like Indian spice flavors....
