The crew at Oleander are on point. I had three of the best coffees and sandwiches in three visits that remind me of pre-covid PCJ. (I still miss the Barclay Commons store)
So I had taken a break from all of PCJs after consistently inconsistent food and beverage quality, staff service was never an issue. I mean I was loyal, no matter which location I visited, “Hey Hans, want your coffee and sandwich?” was a common occurrence.
Keep it up PCJ Oleander. Great job!

I love the food but first things first for the cashier who took gratuity from me when I ordered a sandwich that I could have made at home all you guys do is microwave our food pcj is not a real restaurant no one has To tip you guys anything especially when I'm getting my food to go an also you get a hourly wage I Kno my sandwich was supposed to be 6.63 and for you guys laughing an smiling at each other is childish

Passing through town and we stopped at this location after the one in downtown yesterday and we’ve LOVED our coffees on both days at both locations. Baristas were super pleasant and we will 100% be back next time we pass through!

I started going to Port City when Starbies decided charging almost 8 bucks for a drink. I like Port City. The Black and Tan is good. Loving their breakfast bagels for sure (which are priced pretty decent for these days). The smoothies are delicious.

Pulling shots from spent coffee at ILM all day long and they don't think consumers can tell the difference between brown water and actual coffee. When I brought the lack of coffee taste to their attention, they pulled me another shot, again without emptying the portafilter. I'm not deaf. The blank stare daring me to say something sealed it. Worst coffee I have ever had.
Very delicious coffee and the staff was so friendly with very quick service.

I recently came to this location expecting the same friendly welcome I always receive by the amazing staff, but one of the employees need to be reevaluated for the way he treats customers. The worker that I received this terrible experience from was named jake. He had absolutely no respect and treated me so poorly, seemingly mocking me making me feel stupid and I’m guessing messed up my drink on purpose. I hope that he is held accountable for his actions, since I’m assuming I’m not the only one he’s done this too.

We visited this coffee shop this afternoon. The floor and tables were filthy. Shelves were dirty and looked that they hadn't been cleaned all week.They need a manager to assign thorough cleaning daily and show the young girls how to clean.
