My wife ani recently moved to Wilmington. We have been looking at various places to eat and I saw a write up on Soulfil Twist. Yesterday we decided to locate them and found them at their home location. We stopped and spoke with Leon and found that he and Pat owned the food trailer. my husband and I are setup at the riverfront holiday market and just had the wings and I had the fried porkchop sandwich at the Riverfront holiday market and they both are wonderful. my husband said the wings are seasoned so well and cooked perfectly he didnt need dipping sauce. the porkchop sandwich is fried perfectly and is large. next time you see them somewhere, you should stop in and get you some of their great food
