His warm attitude, constant smile, and clear enjoyment of his job made a big impression. He kept things running smoothly and made customers feel valued, even when the restaurant was backed up.

“I do have to say...I love great customer service. We ordered grub hub and they were running late past the time subway closed. Someone (I wish I could remember her name) stayed and made sure they could get our food to get delivered. She could have closed and canceled the order but she went above and beyond for us. “I tried the chicken bacon ranch melt, and my brother had the Buffalo chicken footlong. The melt was very good, I'd give it 4/5 stars, and the only reason I don't give it a perfect score, is because the cheese wasn't freshly melted and hot. If it were, I'd rate it 5/5. My brother loved his Buffalo chicken footlong. It got devoured in less than 5 minutes.“

“Owen is cool. He gave me a fist bump and a kiss. He made the sandwich so elegantly and skillful. A man came in with a gun and asked for all the money in the register, Owen promptly backflipped over the counter and kicked him in the balls, my day was saved. Owen is a true patriot.“

Told me the order didn’t come through but since my card was charged for it he proceeded to make my sub was in a great mood the entire time despite the inconvenience this caused him & was just so sweet!!
